How do I store my Beehive Meals upon arrival?

All meals arrive frozen and should be placed in your freezer immediately. They are designed to be cooked directly from frozen in your slow cooker for maximum convenience.

Where do you deliver?

Are your meals allergy-friendly?

While we offer many gluten-free and dairy-free options, our meals are prepared in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, soy, and nuts. Please review the ingredient list for each specific meal before purchasing.

Can I skip a delivery or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a month, swap your meal selection, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs designed to keep the food frozen until the end of the delivery day.
